- Öffne VacationDiary und melde dich an.
- Gehe zu Einstellungen → Konto.
- Tippe auf „Konto löschen“ und bestätige.
Die Löschung wird sofort ausgeführt.

Ohne App per E-Mail
Du hast keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App? Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der dein Konto registriert ist, und bitte um Löschung deines Kontos.
Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird — und was bleibt
- Endgültig gelöscht: deine E-Mail-Adresse, dein Passwort (gehasht gespeichert), dein Nickname und Avatar sowie deine Einwilligungsdaten.
- Vollständig gelöscht: Urlaube, in denen du allein bist — mit allen Trips, Ausgaben, Dokumenten, Aufgaben, Packlisten, Journal-Einträgen und Fotos.
- Anonymisiert: deine Beiträge in Urlauben, die du mit anderen teilst (z. B. Ausgaben, Aufgaben, Fotos). Sie bleiben ohne Bezug zu deiner Person erhalten, damit die Abrechnungen und Inhalte deiner Mitreisenden weiter funktionieren. Dort erscheinst du als „Gelöschter Nutzer“.
Darüber hinaus bewahren wir keine Daten zu deinem Konto auf.
Abonnement
Das Löschen deines Kontos beendet nicht automatisch ein laufendes Pro-Abonnement. Kündige es bitte separat — unter Android im Google Play Store (Profil → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos), unter iOS in den Einstellungen deines Apple-Accounts.
Free-Version ohne Konto
In der kostenlosen Version gibt es kein Konto, alle Daten liegen nur auf deinem Gerät. Du löschst sie über Einstellungen → Daten → Alle lokalen Daten löschen oder indem du die App deinstallierst.

Delete your account
and data.
This page explains how to delete your VacationDiary account (Pro version) and the data associated with it — directly in the app, or by email without the app.
Delete in the app
- Open VacationDiary and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
The deletion takes effect immediately.
Without the app, by email
No longer have access to the app? Write to us from the email address your account is registered with and ask us to delete your account.
We process your request within 30 days at the latest and confirm the deletion by email.
What is deleted — and what remains
- Permanently deleted: your email address, your password (stored hashed), your nickname and avatar, and your consent records.
- Fully deleted: vacations in which you are the only traveler — including all trips, expenses, documents, tasks, packing lists, journal entries, and photos.
- Anonymized: your contributions to vacations shared with others (e.g. expenses, tasks, photos). They remain without any link to you so that your co-travelers' settlements and content keep working. You appear there as "Deleted user".
We do not keep any other data about your account.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically end an active Pro subscription. Please cancel it separately — on Android in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), on iOS in your Apple account settings.
Free version without an account
The free version has no account; all data stays on your device. Delete it via Settings → Data → Delete all local data or by uninstalling the app.
